Impala DMC is a licensed tour operator by Tanzania’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and a proud member of the Tanzania Association of Tour Operators (TATO) and Tanzania Local Tour Operators (TLTO). Incorporated in Tanzania, we are more than just a tour operator – we care, share, and grow with our customers, partners, and local communities. Our mission is to inspire and empower travellers to explore and experience the wonders of Tanzania, including its beauty, authenticity, and hidden treasures.

Our founder, Michelle Mrema, is the driving force behind Impala DMC. Her vision and passion for showcasing the beauty and authenticity of Tanzania inspire us to strive to rise and race to be the leading safari destination management company in East Africa. We work tirelessly to unlock the hidden gems of authentic Tanzania, provide unparalleled services that exceed expectations, and set new standards in the safari industry.

Michelle’s decision to start the company in Arusha was a natural one, given her deep love and respect for the African savannah and its people. She wanted to create unforgettable experiences that would honour the region’s unparalleled beauty and unique culture. Arusha, with its stunning landscapes and diverse communities, provided the perfect backdrop for her vision and spread it over the whole country and the region.
